On the table nearby, be sure to grab Daniel's Diary - Return (1/2). Note that after picking up this item, the nearby door will blow open and Daniel will lose some sanity. Straight ahead in this new room, you will find a Laudanum on the wine rack.
After collecting this tinderbox, turn around and head through the door on the opposite side of the room. To the right of this bookshelf, move the barrels in the corner to find another Tinderbox on the ground. On this same shelf, grab the Oil on the very bottom shelf.
In this room, head to the wine shelf on the left and jump to grab the Tinderbox on the top shelf.
